Drew Blythe Barrymore (born February 22nd, 1975) is an American actor. Numerous honors have been given to her, including the Screen Actors Guild Award and an Golden Globe, five Emmy Award nominations, and an BAFTA nomination. She is a part of the Barrymore family, and is the great-granddaughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore became a well-known child actress through her role in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. After a turbulent childhood that was rife with alcohol and drug dependence, she wrote Little Girl Lost, an autobiography. She was later in a string of highly successful films throughout the 1990s, which included Poison Ivy, Boys on the Side, Mad Love, Batman Forever, Scream and Ever After.
